Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return.
  • Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Sale items are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refund Process

  1. To request a return, please email us at eliseejeanshilby@gmail.com or contact us at 757-706-1245 with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once we receive your return request, we will provide instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  4. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at eliseejeanshilby@gmail.com or 757-706-1245. We will provide a full refund or send you a replacement.
